While there are many benefits to switching over to military timing format however just like any other thing this comes with some cons too suchas;

• Nobody really talks like "oh let's have dinner at twenty-two hundred", so converting your schedule from regular human speech can take some getting used too also when outside business hours or industries that require its use you'll find yourself communicating two different ways—which can be confusing.
• Haivng to adjust to changigging from a 12 hour clock—for example, in the US, it is common for civilians and businesses to use a 12-hour time format which could make the transition difficult. Not using AM/PM in everyday life can take some getting used to—in fact, you may need some conversion tools at first just like it's different languages that requires an interpreter
